Please be guided by our Intake Process at New Oasis Group LLC.

Once we receive a referral, our Clinical Advisor will review the information provided by the referral source to see if adequate information is provided. If enough information is available, an intake clinical assessment will be done to evaluate if the individual can benefit from residential behavioral treatment. After an extensive evaluation and interview of the referred individual, if determined that New Oasis Group Residential Facility is not qualified to cater to the needs of the individual, the referral source will be informed immediately.

As much as we want to accept everyone needing our care, we also understand the importance of getting the appropriate intervention for the people we serve. Hence, if found that the New Oasis Group Residential Facility is not equipped for the level of care that the referred individual needs or that admitting the individual to our facility will be unfavorable to our residents, then we will have to deny the referral. Our Program Director, together with the Clinical Advisor, will send a written notice of reason(s) for the refusal of admission/services to the source of the referral.

Meanwhile, if it is deemed that the New Oasis Group Residential Facility is ready for the level of care that the referred individual needs, then we will pursue admission. We follow age-appropriate guidelines in assigning a new resident to a particular room to guarantee everyone’s safety and security under our care.
