Monitoring, training, and supervision of our resident’s medication intake

The Assistance in the Self-Administration of Medication service is offered to restrict our resident’s access to their medication and provide them support in their medication intake to ensure the medication is consumed as prescribed. An attending physician, who is a medical practitioner or a registered nurse, or a trained personnel member, trains our residents on the correct way of taking a self-administer medication, and monitors their compliance.

The attending physician is also responsible for identifying medication errors and medical emergencies related to the medication that needs medication intervention and reports the incident to the concerned entities when an emergency medical intervention is necessary.

Contact us directly if you have more questions about our mental health care services. Our emergency service is available 24/7.
