New Oasis Group Residential Facility provides an encouraging environment to our residents in order for them to recover from their mental illness or substance use disorder. Our services are designed to assist individuals with behavioral problems that limit their capability to be independent, and those who need treatments to maintain or enhance their independence. We deliver medical services, nursing services, health-related services, and ancillary services that respectively address the behavioral health issues of each of our residents.
We follow state policies and procedures in providing behavioral health services in our residential facility especially in the screening, admission, assessment, development of treatment plans, transportation, transferring process, developing of discharge plans, and the discharging of our residents.
