Minimum Qualifications
- Has a master’s degree or bachelor’s degree in any field related to behavioral health
- A registered nurse or a licensed practical nurse with at least two years of experience in a behavioral health agency
Work Experience
- Has experience in supervising adults in a behavioral health agency
- Can identify medications generally prescribed to individuals with mental disorders
Skills and Knowledge
- Knowledgeable in the services offered to individuals with behavioral health issues
- Possess skills, knowledge, and protection of resident’s right
Key Responsibilities
- Provide treatments advancing the residents’ dignity, independence, and privacy under the supervision of the Clinical Advisor.
- Assist the residents during transportation when receiving therapeutic services outside the facility.
- PAssist the residents in their regimen following the facility’s procedures for self-administration medication.
- Assists the residents when receiving care and services for their condition.
- Coordinate with other personnel in the facility in organizing social and recreational activities for the residents
