As much as we want to cater to everyone needing our care in our residential facility, we want to ensure our residents’ welfare is not compromised. In instances wherein there are no available rooms when a resident is referred to our facility, our personnel will immediately inform the placing agency that has submitted the referral on the matter. And that they may request to have the individual on our waiting list to be catered once a space is available.
Our approach for admitting people on the waiting list is on a first-come-first-serve basis. However, we have priority to individuals on the list if they are/have:
- Homeless
- Alcohol abuse disorder
- Substance abuse disorder
