New Oasis Group LLC ensures our residents receive the appropriate care for their condition to recover from their behavioral problems. Upon evaluation from our contracted Clinical Supervisor that a resident’s behavioral problem is linked to a medical condition or a review of their medication is necessary, we will submit a referral to the resident’s Primary Care Physician- or psychiatrist indicated in their respective treatment plans.
Through the process, our Program Director, Clinical Supervisor, Registered Nurse, the resident’s legal guardian, or authorized representative shall collaboratively work for the wellness of the concerned resident.
