Please be guided by our practices upon declining service or treatment to a resident.
New Oasis Group Residential Facility has the authority to refuse to provide a service or treatment to a resident if determined after a thorough assessment that the level of care the resident needs is not consistent with the services we are licensed to offer. We may also decline to provide a service or treatment to a resident if:
- The resident or their legal guardian cannot afford to pay for the service or treatment
- The resident or their legal guardian refuses to sign the consent to participate in the service or treatment
We rigorously follow state policies and procedures in providing behavioral services and treatments in our facility to ensure the best recovery of our residents.
